Who owns the content?
You do. Blog posts we write for your website are yours to keep, edit and use however you like. Guest articles are written for you, include a link back to your site, and are yours to pitch. If a website publishes one, it then appears on their site.
Will anything be published without my approval?
No. You see every blog post and every guest article before it goes anywhere. You can request changes or decline any piece, and nothing goes out under your name until you've said yes.
How much does it cost?
A single blog post is AUD $150. Bundles bring the price down: 2 posts for AUD $250, 5 posts for AUD $500, or 10 posts for AUD $850 (AUD $85 per post). The Outreach Kit and Done-for-you outreach are quoted per project, depending on how many guest posts and websites are involved. You'll always get a price before any work begins, and your first sample post is free.
How long does it take?
Turnaround depends on how many videos you'd like turned into posts. We'll give you a clear timeframe when we agree on the work. Your free sample post usually comes back quickly so you can judge the quality for yourself.
Which platforms do you work with?
YouTube videos and Instagram content (Reels, videos and caption-heavy posts) are our focus. If your videos live somewhere else, such as Facebook, TikTok or your own site, just ask.
Is this just an AI transcript?
No. A transcript isn't a blog post. We restructure your ideas into a proper article with clear headings, search-friendly wording and a natural flow, written to sound like you.
Do you guarantee a backlink?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Whether a guest post gets published is always up to each website's editor. What we promise is well-written, genuinely useful articles and well-targeted pitches. With the Outreach Kit you do the pitching; with Done-for-you outreach we pitch 10 relevant websites for you. In both cases we can't guarantee any site will publish it or keep a live link.
What's the difference between the Outreach Kit and Done-for-you outreach?
With the Outreach Kit, we write your guest post(s) and give you a researched list of relevant websites, plus step-by-step instructions and email templates, so you can pitch them yourself. With Done-for-you outreach, we write the content and pitch it to 10 relevant websites on your behalf. Either way, publication is up to each website.

Do I need to do anything technical?
